FAQ for Order
If you have questions regarding your orders or our products, you've come to the right place.
1. Where is the product ship from?
All the products are shipped from Shenzhen China.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Generally, it takes around 7-10 days from China warehouse to Europe, North America, South East Asia and Oceania Countries. It takes around 15-20 days to South America, Middle East and Africa Countries.
3. When my order will be shipped out ?
Normally we will ship it out within 2- 3 days after order was processed, only when the products in high demand or out of stock will take more time.
4. Where can I find my order tracking number?
The tracking number will be updated on your order detail after shipping, just view your order you will find it. You can click the tracking number to check the position of this package
5. Who will pay the custom duties or taxes?
It is paid by Receiver. Allbatteryin is responsible for arranging the shipment of your order. However, it's your responsibility to pay any duties and taxes charged by customs in your country and prepare the required clearance documents.
6. Could you calculate how much custom charge will I pay in my country?
Sorry we can't calculate as different country has different custom policy. Many countries charge two kinds of tax when you import anything from overseas. These are (1) Sales Tax (VAT); (2) Import Duty. Usually these taxes are not very high, and the tax is calculated according to the value of the goods (+ shipping sometimes). On the other hand, many countries do not charge any tax on certain types of goods, or on small shipments.
7. How do I check my order status or view my order?
You will be able to check the status and details of your current and previous orders by visiting My Account > My Order after you log in
8. I'm having trouble placing my order, what can I do?

9. Can I change my order?
You can't make changes once an order has checked out, but you can contact us to make change before the order ship. Please contact us at service@allbatteryin.com
10. What is the price and currency?
It usually shows in USD. But you can select the currency on the top or the bottom in the website.
11. Which payment options are available?
We currently accept Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer. We are working towards accepting more payment methods in future.
